Access your sardentoto account

  • Encrypted login. Your username and password are protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. We do not store your password in plain text.
  • View your balance instantly. Once signed in, your account balance updates in real time across all devices — Android app, iOS browser, or desktop.
  • Manage deposits and withdrawals. Deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer. Request withdrawals to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or digital wallets anytime after identity verification.
  • Transaction history. View all deposits, withdrawals, and entries in one place. Filter by date, payment method, or status.
  • Push notifications. Enable alerts for deposits, withdrawals, entry results, and account security events. Manage notification settings in Account → Preferences.

Troubleshooting login issues

  • Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password?" on the login form. We'll send a reset link to your registered email. The link expires after one hour.
  • Account locked after multiple failed attempts. For security, we lock your account after five incorrect password entries. Wait subject to verification, then try again. If you remain locked out, contact support.
  • Login works on desktop but not on mobile app. Ensure you have the latest version of the sardentoto Android app installed. Log out completely, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → sardentoto → Storage → Clear Cache), then log in again.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA). If you enabled 2FA in Account → Security, you'll receive a code via SMS after entering your password. Enter the code within five minutes to complete login.
